This unique acoustic device shields a drum microphone and attenuates the bleed from cymbals during recording. Small enough so that it will not get in the way, yet durable enough to sustain repeated hits from an aggressive drummer! Made from high-density ABS, the CrashGuard attaches to the boomstand using the mic clip to hold it in place. The inside is coated with a layer of high density open cell foam to reduce internal reflections. Fits most instrument microphones.
